He started his carrier in plant molecular biology research in the Biological Research Centre of the Hungarian Academy of Science and got his PhD in this field. He moved to the Szentgyörgyi Albert Medical University of Szeged where beside research he has extensive teaching duties as well.
He gained lots of practical knowledge in innovation management as the president of the Regional Information Technology Centre Rt.
He has extensive practical experience in business planning, marketing management, financial management and industry cooperation from more than 20 years of work in this field. His duties involved coaching and training to CEO-s.
He was board member of the HODA responsible for international cooperation.He managed a Phare project during which technical students designed a two seater experimental airplane. The plane was later built and successfully commercialized.
