The role of SGTA is to identify promising start-ups and to take them to the next level of pilot projects, commercialization and identifying global markets for them.
Mandira Roy is the Executive Director of Aumirah handling Technology Commercialization, IP valuation, Contracts and Agreements, Strategic Collaboration and Partnerships. She works on commercialization pathways which includes out-licensing/in-licensing of intangible assets for academician, start-ups, entrepreneurs and MSMEs. Mandira has over 14 years of experience in Technology Evaluation, Valuation, Negotiations, Technology licensing, Agreement drafting. She is assisting startups through product development, proof of concept, capital raise.
Mandira provides IP advisory and mentorship to IPFC-PHD Chamber of Commerce, Aspire Labs Accelerator, Indigram Labs foundation, Shriram Research Institute- Technology Business Incubator, Delhi Pharmaceutical Science and Research University Innovation and Incubation Foundation”; IIITD Innovation and Incubation Centre, Centre for Innovation and Incubation Utkal University. Mandira is a resource person for the IP awareness workshops and training programs conducted at many prestigious Universities and Research Institutes, technology business incubators, MSME clusters. She is also working as a consultant to UNIDO for projects related to Technology transfer offices.
